General Counsel Program
Imagine having your own attorney who you can call without the fear of a surprise bill for just a couple of quick consultations. Imagine having access to your attorney at rates that can be as much as 50% off the rates of other attorneys. For businesses that use our services regularly, we encourage you to take part in our general counsel program. For a monthly fee that is significantly discounted from our regular fees (10% to as much as 20% depending on how much you use us), we will develop a plan that is customized to fit your business needs and budget. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship wherein we get to know you and your business. We are not just a one project and done deal. We become part of your strategic team!

- Document preparation, document review (this service will vary and will be assigned a set number of hours)

- Management of relationships with other attorneys for matters outside of our scope of practice
How it works
We sit down and talk to you about your business to gain insight on your business philosophy, short and long-term goals and of primary legal issues that have the biggest impact on your business. We then craft a plan that will meet your business and legal needs while having the predictability of a fixed monthly fee.
We will work out a fee arrangement where you will pay a fixed monthly fee for a set number of hours. The more hours you need, the deeper the discount. Our agreed upon fee is non-refundable, but any unused hours are rolled over to the next month.
